Crystal sands is known for it’s great white sandy beach. There is not too many properties that have this much sand and a great place for the family to enjoy the sun and place for kids to play.

Dock & Swim area

Newly updated dock is fully functional and accommodates 48 boat slips. Swim area equipped with Water playground to keep the kids busy during the day.

Clubhouse

Great place for small family get togethers and a place to have small social events. Our clubhouse is equipped with full kitchen facilities, pool table, shuffle board and TV. Clubhouse also has public washrooms, shower facilities, and laundry. There is also a kids indoor play area.

Tennis / Pickleball courts

We offer 1 full size tennis court and 4 pickleball courts for those that like to get some extra exercise when they’re not enjoying water sports.

Beach Volleyball courts

There is 2 separate beach volleyball courts located on the property, and there’s lots of skilled / novice players always looking for a game.
